Know before you order
Three dispatch origins.
One clear specification.
Arouvix is preparing factory dispatch alongside warehouse routes in the United States and Poland. The right route depends on the exact model, confirmed stock or production requirements, and your destination.
Before ordering opens, each available item will need a clear dispatch location, configuration, delivery estimate and complete shipping terms.
DISPATCH ORIGINS
Match the route to the exact item.
Factory dispatch
Start with the production status.
Confirm whether the selected configuration is ready for dispatch or requires production. If production is needed, request a separate production estimate before reviewing the transport estimate.
United States warehouse
Confirm the available configuration.
Check that the exact item is in confirmed US warehouse stock and eligible for your destination. Ask about processing time, available carrier service and the shipment’s packed dimensions.
Poland warehouse
Confirm destination coverage.
Check the exact configuration in Poland warehouse stock and whether delivery is available to your country and postcode. Confirm the carrier, delivery terms and any destination-specific charges.
THE TIMELINE
Separate preparation from transport.
| Stage | What to check |
|---|---|
| Specification confirmation | The final model, selected options, included items, dispatch origin and complete quote. |
| Production · if required | Whether the configuration requires manufacturing, when the estimate begins and which factors may change it. |
| Warehouse or dispatch processing | Confirmed stock status, preparation requirements and the applicable dispatch estimate. |
| Carrier transit | The delivery service and estimated journey to the destination, separate from production and processing. |
| Destination handling | Any additional steps, charges or delivery conditions that apply to the destination and shipment. |
Delivery estimates should describe the exact route and item. A warehouse location alone is not a guaranteed delivery time.
THE COMPLETE SHIPPING QUOTE
Know what is included and what is separate.
- Confirm the dispatch country, destination country and postcode.
- Review the packed weight and dimensions separately from the product’s net weight.
- Ask which shipping, tax, duty or destination fees are included in the quote and which may be payable separately.
- Confirm the carrier service, delivery access requirements and whether an appointment or signature is needed.
- Check the tracking arrangements and whether the order will arrive in one or more packages.
- Review packaging and carrier-label details if discretion is important to you.
Common delivery questions.
Can I choose any dispatch origin?
The origin must match the exact item’s confirmed availability and destination coverage. Ask whether your selected configuration is available in US or Poland warehouse stock or requires factory dispatch.
Does factory dispatch always mean a custom production order?
Confirm the status of the exact item. Factory dispatch describes the origin; it does not by itself establish whether production is required.
Are taxes or duties included?
The complete quote should state which charges are included and which may be payable separately. Do not assume a warehouse or factory route automatically includes all destination charges.
Is delivery available throughout the United States and Europe?
Coverage will be confirmed by model, dispatch origin, destination country and postcode before ordering opens. Send us your destination and model interest for clarification.
Will packaging be discreet?
Packaging and carrier-label details will be confirmed before ordering opens. Ask for those details as part of the shipping quote rather than assuming a particular packaging method.
What should I do if the package appears damaged?
Keep the packaging and tracking information, document the visible condition and contact support before proceeding with assembly or an unconfirmed repair. Damage-reporting and purchase terms will be provided before ordering opens.
Ask about your destination.
Email service@arouvix.com with the model, preferred configuration, destination country and postcode. These details help identify the route that needs checking.
