01 · MATERIAL & CONSTRUCTION
Ask about the head and body separately.
A material label should describe the exact configuration. Confirm whether the head and body are silicone, TPE or a combination, and ask which finish, internal structure and components are included. A photograph alone does not establish the material or construction.
Head & body
Record both materials, the model reference and any differences between the photographed version and your selected configuration.
Finish & details
Confirm the appearance choices, painted areas, hair type and included accessories. Follow the material-specific care instructions.
Special features
Check compatibility, operating instructions and maintenance for any electronic or mechanical options. Do not assume a feature is included.
02 · SIZE & EVERYDAY HANDLING
Height is only part of the picture.
Compare height, net product weight and body measurements together. Think about where the doll will be unpacked, handled, cleaned and stored, and whether you have suitable assistance for moving it.

Make a list of the base model, appearance choices and supported options. Ask which items are included, which carry an additional charge, and which are incompatible with the chosen model. Confirm head and body compatibility before mixing references.
04 · THE COMPLETE COST
Compare the final specification and final total.
Start with the base configuration, add any selected extras, then confirm shipping and destination charges. Ask which costs are included in the quote and which may be payable separately. Review the currency and payment terms before payment.
Also check the change, cancellation, damage-reporting and return terms that apply to the exact item. These purchase policies will be confirmed before Arouvix opens orders.
05 · DISPATCH & OWNERSHIP
Match the delivery route to the product.
Warehouse dispatch and factory dispatch require different checks. For a warehouse item, confirm the exact configuration, stock location and destination eligibility. For a factory item, confirm whether production is required, then separate the production estimate from the transport estimate.
Plan the care routine and storage arrangement before arrival. Request the manufacturer’s instructions for the exact materials and features you select.

How should I compare two models?
Compare the exact materials, height, net weight, measurements, included configuration and complete cost. Use a written specification for each model rather than relying on the photographs.
Does a shorter model always weigh less?
Do not assume so. Compare the listed net weight for the exact construction and configuration of each model.
Are clothing and accessories in photographs included?
Check the item’s included-items list. Photography may show styling choices or accessories that are not part of the base configuration.
